Is it possible to write a clients homeonwers policy and put it in escrow but have a letter for the mortgage broker showing their priems are paid for the year? If so, how?

Have the evidence of insurance state that the insurance has been paid for the year. On your cover letter re-state that the premiums have been paid. You also may need to contact ecrow.
