EARTHQUAKE INSURANCE IN CA.
I have a client who has 40,000 sq. ft warehouse , look for earthquake coverage. He has been with ESSEX for one year. Anyone have any idea which carrier is better carrier in pricing?
JE BROWN they have a good commercial EQ program through Indian Harbor Insurance. I/CAT Ins has pulled out of California and was replaced with Indian. Swett & Crawford out San Fran area, have a guy Jim, I can't think of his last name but has several programs. I was told that most commercial carrier's in CA, really don't want to write any new business unless it fits their company insurance risk models. They are even thinning many renewals ![Crying or Very sad ](./images/smilies/icon_cry.gif)
