EARTHQUAKE INSURANCE IN CA.

Post by paulpaul »

I have a client who has 40,000 sq. ft warehouse , look for earthquake coverage. He has been with ESSEX for one year. Anyone have any idea which carrier is better carrier in pricing?

JE BROWN they have a good commercial EQ program through Indian Harbor Insurance. I/CAT Ins has pulled out of California and was replaced with Indian. Swett & Crawford out San Fran area, have a guy Jim, I can't think of his last name but has several programs. I was told that most commercial carrier's in CA, really don't want to write any new business unless it fits their company insurance risk models. They are even thinning many renewals
Its better to ask forgiveness then permission
