First Comp - Opinions?

If you use First Comp, I would be interested in your opinion re: service, premiums, claims etc.

Incredible service and claims handling also. Most everything you need is on-line. Underwriters are always available and prompt with responses. Everyone I've dealt with is extremely friendly and knowledgable.

We use First Comp good program and rates for internet access. As for the access to the Underwriters and quick response i would say there fair.

There is no direct access not even email. They are very slow to reply by Email 24 hrs at best. And pretty much have to beg to have a phone conversation. But I like them....
