We have one account who suffered from heavey loss last year and we have difficulty in placing this business (incumbent insurance company refused to renew and extend) now, any special marekt interested in such exposure?

There are a variety of E&S carriers, that we deal with, who would probably offer a quote on this account. While the loss history as you say has not been good, carriers deductible/SIR level would probably be determined on whether this was a frequency or severity loss situation.
