Well, I never thought I'd end up posting here...but here I am.
Any Suggestions for a High Value Single Family Home, owner occupied, with two open claims...one liability (trip & fall) and the other water loss, coming from Fireman's Fund as a non renew? I've tried to MGA's for non admitted and the answer is...not with open claims.
Help is appreciated and thanked for in advance...

Re: High Value California Home w/2 open claims
I have a few non-admitted markets that may consider a high valued risk with open claims. I would need a completed Acord 80 application with complete loss details including the current set reserve amount for each claim to submit the risk to my carriers.
If you would like to discuss the risk in more detail, I can be reached by phone at 800-234-6977 ext 214 or by email at monica.reyes@andersonmurison.com
Thank you.

try the fair plan and a cpl policy, coverage is less but if the insd understands and accepts the reduced coverage it could get the job done at a very reasonable premium
