Unarmed Private Security Guards, and mobile Patrol personnel are correctly, but frustratingly placed in Workers Compensation Code #7720 in most states. More so than market reluctance, this generates automatic "declines" by most carriers to due reinsurance restrictions. A viable market is needed; or program access is needed badly.

We currently write several "above average" unarmed Security Guard companies in Florida (cc 7720) that have favorable client lists and will consider others with these characteristics if premium is at least $75,000-$100,000.

If interested, send me the particulars at "eschneider@meadowbrook.com".

Thanks,
