Has any one worked directly for General Electric Capital Assurance Company that would share thier experince?

They seem to constantly advertise on the career sites (probaly not good) and I'm looking for a place to start out.

Good training program?
Any kind of Salary?
Fair commisions?
Decent lead program?

Had first interview and have to say impressed with the company and training.

Any of you folks currently or recently employed with Genworth?

Like to gain more insight on quality/amount of leads provided?
