CNA is competitive in the Louisiana and Texas area.

St. Paul Travelers has proven to be a good market in Georgia.
BancInsure is also very competitive as is Progressive.

Does anyone know if Bancinsure is assessable?

They have been rumored to be a self insurance fund; I'm pretty sure they are a captive. Does anyone have any idea if they are assessable?
