Permanent Travel Trailer Help

We have a lake in Washington where people buy a lot, park a travel trailer and then add out buildings, decks, hook up
utilities and use it as a permanent vacation home. We used to be able to write them as manufactured homes through Foremost but they are getting out. Does anybody have another market for these?
