High value home with commercial risk

I have a client who has 2.5 million single family house. It had been turned down by Chubb and Fireman Fund due to commecial risk. He lives in it and occassionally rents out rooms for people who wants to experience Europe life style. I was told only Lloyds of Londo has market for it. Anyone knows what company could have market for it? house in NV.

Try CK Specialty, ask for Justin and tell him you were refered by Felix German. He can do wonders
