Job Summary:

Allstate Insurance Company has an exciting, high impact and fast paced opportunity for individuals interested in development, networking, and a career in Allstate’s Field Sales Organization (FSO). 

The FSO helps develop business processes and programs as well as provides a broad range of support designed to help over 10,000 Allstate Exclusive Agents and their staff achieve their business objectives. You will work directly with our Sales Leaders, Exclusive Agents and their staff to increase growth in the Property and Casualty areas. Using expertise in recruiting, mentoring and training, and sales production, the FSO is making an extraordinary impact at Allstate by providing the resources to grow sales, agent appointments and market share in regions across the country! 
 

The Senior Process Support Consultant (PSC) is accountable for the delivery and implementation of business processes at Allstate agencies. By working primarily with agency staff (e.g., Licensed Sales Producers [LSPs]), as requested, PSCs will conduct; Agency Process Reviews: Reviewing agency processes and offering guidance to improve business results, customer Engagement & Growth Process Implementations: Assisting with implementation of agency processes required to improve customer engagement and growth, and lead, coach and develop new PSC. Additionally, the selected individual may be involved in project work with organizational initiatives and reporting. Data analytics skills will be used in review of trends to support the team goals.

 

This is a homebased opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists agency owners with the implementation of consistent business processes, with a focus on Growth and Customer Engagement

• Implements processes by working with agency staff through process reviews and observation, and providing advice, tips, suggestions for improvement. Shares best practices across agencies and peers

• Supports LSPs (Licensed Support Producers) to drive improved business results, including the measurement of results and follow-up of process implementations

• Supports Sales Leaders in assisting agency owners to achieve goals outlined in the agency compensation program, implement agency business plans, and align processes with company objectives

• Maintains accurate and timely records of agency support activities by journaling and using appropriate tracking tools

• Operates virtually for agency consultations. May travel to new agency locations for initial support

• Identifies skill gaps and reinforces education with agency owners and LSPs

• Maintains proactive working relationship with LSPs, including follow-up process reviews and periodic assessments

• Takes accountability of communicating updates and progress with FSL regarding process support activities conducted at their agencies

Supervisory Responsibilities:This job does not have supervisory duties.Education and Experience:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses (Preferred)

Functional Skills:

• Knowledge of Allstate P&C products

• Familiarity with P&C industry, including competitors and trends

• Possesses process development and implementation skills

• Strong experience with business consulting tools and data analytics

• Expert knowledge of process installation, education techniques and other sales/lead processes

• Ability to articulate, assemble and deliver information

• Strong communication skills - Includes presentation, business writing, negotiation, motivation and relationship management

• Problem solving - Uses judgment by applying broad knowledge and experience when addressing complex issues

• Ability to train, mentor and coach new and incumbent peers

Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00-$125,625.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
