Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $110,00-$130,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

The Role
- Support Compensation Lead within the assigned Segment/Geo portfolio in the design and implementation of broad-based compensation initiatives and project work streams ensuring effective solutions.
- Work with stakeholders and client groups within a Segment/Geo to understand specific local comp related issues and situations and develop effective solutions.
- Provide compensation expertise and training to assigned clients group to ensure all compensation related activities are understood and delivered effectively.
- Manage processes related to compensation changes throughout the year (annual cycle, mid-year, off-cycle), working with assigned client groups, providing advice to ensure an effective process.
- Oversee benchmarking requests, work with HR and the business to understand requirements, develop correct solutions and review Analyst work in preparation for delivery to the business.
- Lead workstreams and projects for Segment, Geo and Global compensation related activities and ensure effective implementation.
The Requirements
- Experience of managing compensation and/or rewards in a global business
- Compensation design and administration experience
- Detailed understanding of the compensation market, trends, regulations and economic environment impacting it
- Experience in managing global projects with the ability to build consensus across a wide range of stakeholders
- Degree, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced Excel skills, MS office (Power point)
- Must be able to work hours in eastern time zone to attend global calls
