Growth Initiatives Content Manager,

you will work as an internal resource in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working closely with HWC's IICRI (Integrated IC, Research and Innovation) lead and GEO leads to deliver on priorities with an emphasis on growth.

The Role



HWC Research




  • Work with the research governance team to drive protocols and processes.

  • Interface with individual businesses to coordinate the development of annual research agenda and maintain inventory.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure research outputs add commercial value. Develop first draft of materials geared towards sellers.



Innovation




  • Manage the solicitation process of One to Many (1:M) ideas.

  • Serve as a liaison for approved projects between the businesses, HWC IC Network (ICN) and IICRI Lead to track progress and flag issues/barriers.

  • Lend project management support for cross-business and IGS 1:M projects.

  • Support business teams to design/develop content.



IC and Integrated Solutions IC




  • Develop materials for exploratory discussions with clients around specific topics/issues working with IICRI Lead, HWC Solution Leads, ICN and business SMES.

  • Work with HWC Integrated Solution Leads to develop new IC collateral.



Content Curation and Management




  • Curate existing content in an easily digestible format for HWC sellers and beyond (includes Solution Advisors and LRMs).

  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure existing content is relevant and timely; collaborate with stakeholders to update materials as appropriate.

  • Manage/update intranet content for integrated solutions/initiatives/efforts driven by ICN, research teams and the GEO.

  • Strong organizational skills; able to work and think in a methodical and orderly way.

  • Intellectual curiosity to deepen understanding of HWC's services and solutions.

  • Work with teams across geographies and in a virtual environment.

  • Confidence to work with senior leaders.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits



Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role base on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual qualifications, education/profession certifications, experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation



The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $85,000- $115,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
