Job Description
The Evaluation Consultant Associate Manager is responsible for serving as an integral member of the Claims Service Area (CSA) staff to assist in operations and coordination of CSA level oversight and activities including customer satisfaction, loss management and expense management objectives. Acts as CSA liaison with Home Office, CSA leaders and field employees. The individual delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy, to ensure customer retention. The individual provides mentoring and coaching to the team.
This position is available nationwide remote; however, EST/CST time zones are preferred as this leader will support a team working EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identifies and manages risk while eliminating barriers to help achieve business results
• Develops and maintains an environment of ethics and integrity that embraces all attributes of our shared vision
• Develops, maintains and analyzes operational and statistical data used by market claim office (MCO) and CSA staff
• Eliminates barriers to achieving business results
• Manages and resolves escalated concerns, conflicts or issues
• Ensures and enables staff to maintain a connection with the field and provide appropriate levels of support
• Consistently meets band level behaviors, production, quality and/or goals
• Effectively coaches and provides development/career guidance for direct reports
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 7+ or more years of BI Rep/Lit experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job has supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 - 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
