Our client, a dynamic and independent insurance agency, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Agency Accountant. What You'll Be Doing

• Handling accounts receivable and payable.


• Reconciling insurance company statements and commission statements.


• General responsibility for bank accounts and related items.


• Items related to recently added E-Pay account portal for direct use by customers.

About You

• Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and Missouri-specific regulations.


• Three years experience with independent insurance agency accounting.


• Experience with AMS360 agency management system is preferred, will consider similar agency management systems with an accounting module.


• Be able to do the job as described.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
