Graduate Program Overview



The CRB Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a non-rotational two-year-program that provides the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and diverse network. This program is designed to set you up with a holistic view of CRB with hands-on experience, insight, and opportunities to make an impact and shape your own career.

GDP participants will be immersed in a 1-week-in-person orientation followed by a robust onboarding training learning about various functions within CRB. Our program is designed to provide graduates with a well-rounded understanding of the industry while having the opportunity to deep dive within their respective business area.

Market Solutions Overview



Market Solutions is a cross-organizational team that provides data analytics, carrier advocacy, pipeline management and reporting services to carrier clients. The team works closely with broking and industry teams to drive revenue growth, market rationalization, and improved knowledge to support better client prospecting and service. The team leverages these relationships for our client’s benefit, strategically identifying new opportunities and markets to build new products to help drive better outcomes. A role in market solutions is suited to individuals who have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, can analyze, present and interpret detailed analytical data/client reports and are highly articulate and able to communicate and influence with confidence and credibility at all levels.

Responsibilities:




  • Utilize firm’s best practices, techniques, and standards throughout deliverables 

  • Support the lead Carrier Management associate and foster carrier relationships. Work closely with them to monitor and measure performance.

  • Regularly attend meetings with clients, for who detailed reports and analysis is provided on a quarterly basis 

  • Build relationships with Carrier Management colleagues to understand changes in strategy and challenges 

  • Work closely with members of the Carrier Management team to ensure integrity, accuracy and completeness of data and ensure a consistent delivery of services 

  • Support the delivery of data analytics, carrier advocacy, pipeline management and reporting services to the carriers, with the aim of helping them to improve their proposition, competitive edge and visibility within the marketplace.  

  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings 

  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings 

  • Maintain and update records in various locations such as shared drives and Microsoft SharePoint  

  • Work closely with internal teams to help coordinate meetings and events 

  • Develop, analyze, and interpret detailed analytical client reports 



Role requirements.



Education and Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA

  • Date of Graduation between May 2024 – May 2025

  • Preferred Majors: Risk Management & Insurance, Business, Marketing, Economics, Liberal Arts

  • Intermediate to advance Excel skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent presentation skills, analytically driven and detail oriented

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in time management



Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are included in accordance with the requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation:

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000 – 85,000 USD. This role is also eligible for overtime.
