As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will develop and oversee learning metrics and dashboards while designing and delivering diverse training programs such as onboarding, management development, change management among others. You’ll lead focus groups, drive standardization across learning initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to address talent needs and streamline processes, all while staying abreast of industry trends.

The Role




  • Project Manager for all L&D projects creating learning metrics, dashboards, and reports

  • Design and deliver various learning development, including (but not limited to): Manager New Hire Orientation, Management Development, Professional and Personal Skills, Change Management, MS Office, Project Management, using a variety of methods (blended, classroom, remote, peer mentoring)

  • Areas of focus will include onboarding, professional and soft skills programming, people manager development, curriculum development, instructional design, and eLearning

  • Lead Early Career focus groups based on survey results

  • Drive for enterprise-wide standardization of learning & leadership development resources while allowing for region/business specific nuances where necessary

  • Along with the Head of CRB NA L&D Leader, monitors external market trends and liaises with COEs to identify pressing talent gaps, developing targeted learning & leadership development strategies and programs.

  • Support the Head of CRB NA L&D in developing an effective and cutting-edge emerging mid-level and manager program

  • Facilitate team and individual development using valid and reliable tools, e.g., Saville, MBTI

  • Consult with stakeholders at all levels to identify needs, and where applicable, develop and deploy relevant and effective solutions

  • Be an internal L&D expert to be able to advise and inform stakeholders of wider trends in the talent, development and learning arena and to continuously improve offerings

  • Work with the wider L&D, HR, and talent teams across WTW as appropriate

  • Works with Talent Advisor’s and COEs to identify opportunities to streamline processes without compromising alignment to business and/or regional needs.



The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Conducting learning needs analyses
  • Instructional design and quality facilitation using a variety of mediums (e.g., in-person, remote)
  • Management and leadership development (design and delivery)
  • Coaching (accreditation preferred but not essential)
  • Evaluation and measurement of L&D interventions
  • Working with, and influencing colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders
  • Working with learning systems, e.g., Oracle and MS Teams
  • MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) to a high standard
  • Managing multiple L&D related projects/program


Professional/Technical qualifications and knowledge (preferred but not required):

  • Psychometric assessments: accreditation in at least one recognized assessment tool (e.g., Saville, Hogan, MBTI, Belbin, DiSC)
  • Knowledge and experience of insurance broking and the broking ecosystem is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $89,000-$125,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
