As a talented Lead Digital Product Manager, you love to translate strategic vision into something tangible whether that be a story, a design or even code.  You love developing your team of Digital Product Managers to be the best, identifying opportunities to mature skillsets and grow the product management practice at Allstate. Responsibilities: 

 



  • Strategic Vision: Develop a clear vision for Generative AI-powered products, aligning with business goals and market trends. 



  • Coaching Digital Product Managers: ability to intentionally identify growth opportunities and develop/mature the product management practice within Digital Product Managers  



  • Product Roadmap Execution: Craft and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements. Ensure that portfolio of products are aligned horizontally and meeting product goals.  



  • Problem/success understanding: Collaborate with stakeholders to define what needs to be true to meet intended outcomes, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs. 



  • User Experience Design: Advocate and design for seamless user experiences, from concept to execution. 



 

Qualifications: 



  • Experience:  



  • 8+ years of hands-on experience building ML/AI-powered products 



  • Extensive track record of taking a product from vision to inception to scale 



  • 3+ years working in Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Machine Learning, hands-on experience 



  • Experience integrating Generative AI into a products, experience executing and scaling products with Generative AI is a plus  



  • 3+ years working on data heavy products 



  • 3+ years management experience developing product management skillsets 



  • Proven experience optimizing AI at scale 



  • Agile Processes: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., iterations, point systems, refinements). 



  • Adaptability: Comfort operating in an agile environment with ambiguity. 



  • Communication:  



  • Extensive experience story telling product strategy 



  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 



  • Data Literacy: Navigate complex data landscapes, leveraging insights to inform product decisions 



  • Analytical skills: Ability to independently analyze and query data to find insights and understand patterns. Working knowledge of SQL and some coding skills (Python) would be a plus. 



  • Machine Learning Concepts: Deep expertise with machine learning principles, enabling effective communication with data scientists and machine learning engineers

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $121,600.00 - 206,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
