We’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Designer who can help us continually elevate the expression of our brand and its value to our company. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our brand design team. As a talented designer, you’ll craft high-profile designs and create broad design systems, assets and guidelines. Your understanding of the needs of a large, global organization will help us scale work efficiently. As an expert in our brand, you’ll guide internal design teams and other colleagues to effectively use our brand to create value.

The Role:




  • You'll lead the creative development of high profile designs, ensuring our brand comes to life in a wide range of campaigns, communications, digital work, events, and other materials

  • You'll help us grow our brand by exploring new design solutions and evolving our guidelines and systems

  • You'll see brand design projects through the entire design process, from identifying needs and interpreting briefs through creative development and production

  • You'll be an expert in our guidelines and systems, often consulting with business partners and design colleagues

  • You'll work closely with— and often coach or train— other designers, to elevate the conceptual, technical and creative performance of the team and build a positive and inspiring studio environment

  • You'll leverage studio tools to track and report the status of work, organizing and maintaining files and internal systems and proactively staying ahead of any issues

  • You'll maintain relationships with marketing leaders and other stakeholders to better understand and respond to their needs



The Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree, certificate, or equivalent practical experience in design or a related field
  • 5-10 years in design of relevant work at a brand consultancy, agency, or other creative firm, or within a corporate design team
  • Expertise in design software including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, proficiency in Figma and a working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work
  • Excellent design skills, especially typography, vector drawing, layout and color
  • Strong visual storytelling capabilities through imagery, typography and data visualization along and the ability to capture emotion and personality
  • A passion for creating beautiful and effective work that pushes boundaries
  • A growth mindset; constantly tracking what's going on in the design world, a natural desire to grow skills, improve our processes and methods and understand the businesses we operate in
  • Creative, analytical and strategic thinking in the way you approach work
  • The ability to build confidence in ideas and methods clearly and concisely and proactively facilitate conversations around problems, goals and tradeoffs
  • Experience leading and coaching other designers, and contributing to the growth of those around you
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects, work quickly and meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
