We are looking for service minded, team supporters who are excited about excellent data management! Success of the Client Data Integration team is critical as millions of participant’s data passes through our team and has direct impact on their satisfaction.

The Client Data Integration Specialist is responsible for end to end processing of data files from clients including reviewing file specifications and loading data into the Willis Towers Watson system. The Client Data Integration Specialist works with clients to resolve any errors with file processing, loading data, and data inquiry tickets that have been submitted from the call center and the Client Services Department. More experienced Specialists will assist in training team members to become proficient in data processing, basic SQL queries, Excel tools, and teaching basic programming theory to overcome obstacles as well as provide enhancements to file loading processes. The Client Data Integration Specialist is a client facing position with increasing client contact as experience is gained.

This role can be held remotely from any location in the United States.

The Role

  • Ensure that internal and external service levels are met in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Facilitate ingestion, manipulation, loading, maintenance, and delivery of data for existing and new client partners
  • Accurately maintain a tracking log of active and unresolved issues for individual clients
  • Work efficiently with internal departments to ensure smooth internal operations
  • Create and maintain client specific data requirements
  • Resolve escalated issues in a timely manner to promote customer satisfaction
  • Process eligibility data with the highest level of accuracy and integrity
  • Provide QA testing in coordination with clients and their vendors
  • Identify data trends and establish improvement plan with stakeholders

  • Introductory knowledge of delimited file conventions, other industry standard data formats, data transmission methodologies, and Microsoft Excel
  • Basic to Intermediate SQL (SQL Server or other) preferred
  • Data Visualization experience
  • Proven ability to develop and improve processes to drive efficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to others and understand their concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as on individually assigned projects
  • Familiarity with Medicare a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $40,000 to $50,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for overtime.
