According to Sageworks, as expected, industries relating to construction suffered the most in 2010. The most profitable were accountants, lawyers, and healthcare professionals Ñ they celebrated double-digit profit margins. Some of the more surprising success stories last year centered around funeral homes and child day-care services. The Sageworks list of the top 10 most profitable industries in 2010:
