The first, which broke out in a laundry room last February, caused nearly $300,000 in damage. The second, Jan. 17 in a storage shed, caused about $400,000 in damage. The third, which broke last month in the main building, caused damage even higher than either previous blaze. Officials said arson was to blame for the two January fires.
