Nuts & Bolts: Rockwood Programs Inc. introduced a market for employment practices liability insurance for franchisees/affinity risks. The policy covers discrimination, harassment, both sexual and non-sexual, including hostile work environment and inappropriate employment conduct. The policy protects the franchisee/affinity owner, officers/directors and employees. Third party coverage is automatically included in the premium. There are no intentional acts exclusions and prior acts coverage is available. The policy can accommodate multiple franchisees/affinities of all sizes and is not limited by class of business. Multiple locations can be accommodated. Risk Management Services are available through HRCare, a Web site that contains a legal guide, references, resources, chat room, self-audit and links to other sites. Access to HRCare is free for policyholders. Program available to all licensed agents and brokers.

Dollars: Liability limits from $250,000/$250,000 up to $1 million/$3 million. Deductibles as low as $2,500.
