Schaumburg, Ill.-based commercial property/casualty insurer Zurich North America launched a new coverage endorsement aimed at combining coverages for limited-service, full-service and resort companies in the hospitality and leisure industries. The new offering bundles a number of coverages typically available by separate endorsement into a single package. Among the coverages offered under the endorsement are: building ordinance; guests’ property; loss or damage to guests’ autos and other property of guests in their autos; lost master key/key-card coverage; customer inconvenience remuneration expense; expediting expense; food contamination; spoilage; fire extinguisher systems expense; merchandise withdrawal expense; services; and delivery errors and omissions.
Dollars:
Provides four levels of limits for each of the following types of coverages: Customer Inconvenience, Employee Dishonesty, Expediting Expense, Extortion Coverage, Food Contamination, Lost Master Key, Spoilage, Trees, Shrubs & Plants, Computer Fraud. Customers may purchase all coverages for $25,000 limit per coverage, $50,000 limit per coverage, $75,000 limit per coverage or $100,000 limit per coverage.

States Available:
All states except Virginia (approval pending).
