Oklahoma Commercial AutoNuts & Bolts: RISC Inc. is rolling out a new commercial auto market in Oklahoma. Coverage highlights include: Service vehicles of all types; waste disposal; salvage and recycling operations; oil lease operators and oilfield contractors; contractors of most types; new ventures; young drivers; drivers with active driving records, including DWI; and troubled accounts due to loss frequency, loss ratios and/or drivers. Available for any size account, from one vehicle to several hundred. Long haul trucking is limited to operations within Oklahoma and going no further than the states of Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Colorado.

Dollars: Limits up to $1,000,000 CSL, except $500,000 CSL limit on in-transit mixers, oilfield vacuum trucks/vacuum trailers and for hire dumping/sand and gravel risks.

Contractor’s Pollution Liability and Consultants Professional Liability Nuts & Bolts: Burns & Wilcox launched a new environmental program for environmental contractors and consultants. ACE Westchester Specialty Group will provide coverage on an excess and surplus lines basis through Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Company and Illinois Union Insurance Company, part of the ACE Group of Companies. The program targets small environmental and non-environmental contractors, as well as environmental consultants with annual revenues up to $2.5 million.

Contractors may be eligible for stand-alone contractors’ pollution liability. En-vironmental contractors and consultants who qualify may also be eligible for supporting lines of coverage including general liability and professional liability.

Burns & Wilcox will market, rate, quote, bind and issue the policies and will handle policy servicing, including in-house claims handling. ACE Westchester Specialty’s Environmental Division offers contractors pollution liability and premises pollution liability. In addition, general liability, professional liability and excess liability coverages may be available to environmental risks such as environmental contractors and environmental consultants who qualify for this program.

Dollars: Available limits of liability will range from $500,000/$500,000 to $2 million/$2 million (per occurrence and in the aggregate). The minimum annual premium for the program is $2,500.

Employment Practices LiabilityNuts & Bolts: CNA introduced a stand-alone employment practices liability product. The new coverage, EPL Solutions, targets publicly traded commercial companies, financial institutions and financial service organizations. It includes expanded definitions and enhanced coverages.

Dollars: Limits go up to $15 million. Deductibles and premiums depend on the risk profile.

Carrier: CNA Insurance, rated “A” by A.M. Best, admitted.

States Available: All.
