Nuts & Bolts: Markel’s Bed & Breakfast program is tailored to fit the needs of B&Bs and country inns, with specialized coverages such as Guests’ Inconvenience Expenses and Historic Buildings. The program targets B&Bs with a minimum of five rooms and country inns with 25 or fewer rooms. Additional premium for services such as catering, hiking and saddle animals can be considered.
Dollars: Limits $1 million to $10 million. Property limits may vary. Personal liability offered with $1 million limits on the GL and up to $2 million on the umbrella. Higher deductibles may be required depending on values and susceptibility to wind and other catastrophic exposures.
