Nuts & Bolts: Apogee Insurance Group is offering a new program for eligible classes for this product that includes homeowners, town homes and condominium associations, planned unit developments, mobile home parks, office parks and cooperatives. EPLI is included at no additional premium for associations with 10 employees or less. Other product features include an unlimited extended reporting period for former directors and officers, automatic additional insured coverage for the property manager, defense outside the limits, breach of contract coverage (where available), punitive damages, full prior acts and third party sexual harassment and discrimination coverage. Associations must have fewer than 1,000 units and the average value of a unit must be less than $1 million.
Dollars: $250,000 to $5 million.

Horse Tracks
Nuts & Bolts: A program specifically tailored for horse tracks is available through American Specialty Insurance & Risk Services Inc. Coverages available include: general liability (participant legal liability, volunteers as additional insureds, sexual abuse/molestation); excess/umbrella; liquor liability; commercial auto; property; participant accident medical; catastrophic medical. Various deductible/SIR options.
Dollars: Up to $15 million.
