Nuts & Bolts: Advanced E&S Insurance Underwriters has multi-line property and casualty binding authorities from a various carriers offering coverages to a wide array of business classes including: apartment buildings with or without mercantile, auto repair shops, beauty salons, bakeries, bars and taverns, beverage stores, bowling lanes, builders risk, caterers, churches, clothing stores, commercial lessors risk, concessionaires, condominiums, convenience stores, dealers open lot, distributors, dwellings, electronic stores, fine art dealers, garage keepers legal liability, grocery stores, homeowners, hotels and motels, jewelers block, laundry or dry cleaning, liquor liability, nail salons, offices, restaurants with or without liquor, shopping centers and vacant buildings.

Recreational Marine Package
Nuts & Bolts: Maritime Central has a proprietary program for the recreational marine industry that includes all standard coverages (building, BPP, EDp, crime, GL, etc.) along with marine coverages. Marinas, rental boats, boat dealers, boat repair, boat manufacturers, boat janitorial, campsite/RV marinas, marinas with cabin rentals are included. Also available: umbrella, auto and workers’ comp. The program is written with Gemini but Maritime is also appointed to work with other companies. Gemini is part of the W. R. Berkley Group.
