Nuts & Bolts: Ian H. Graham, with underwriting partner, CNA, has created a product for the community association industry. The process of renewing and submitting business has been simplified. Rapid renewal application quotations are sent on each risk. On verification, the one-page document is signed, dated and faxed back. Immediately upon receipt of the request to bind, the policy and invoice are issued. New business is quoted within 24 hours of receipt, if not sooner. Quotes can even be given while you wait.

(AIG), introduced LexElect, a multi-line insurance program designed specifically to address risks faced by U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives and gubernatorial campaign committees. LexElect addresses many campaign risks by packaging a number of insurance coverages into a single policy. The coverage includes: general liability insurance; ID theft insurance, hired and non-owned auto liability insurance; host liquor liability insurance, employment practices liability insurance; employee dishonesty/crime insurance; and property insurance. The policy also includes liability insurance for fund raising events with up to 2,000 participants.
