Life Accident and Health Agents E&O
Nuts & Bolts: Rockwood Programs has expanded its Life/A&H insurance agent’s errors and omissions coverage to include incidental property/casualty activity, and E&O for the placement of financial products (for instruments requiring a Series 6 license to place). The policy is fully portable and helps agents maintain their retroactive dates despite changing carrier affiliations. Up to $25,000 in Identity Theft protection is added for each account written at no cost to the insured. The Rockwood team can also offer unique coverage and rating accommodations for sponsored/group programs.

Plumbers Pollution with Incidental Mold
Nuts & Bolts: National E&S Insurance Brokers, Inc. is offering a Plumbing Contractor Pollution Liability (CPL) program on an occurrence basis and Incidental Mold Coverage on claims made basis. Premiums begin at $2,500 with a mold exclusion and $7,500 with incidental mold coverage. Plumbers routinely work in environments where mold, asbestos, lead, and sewage are present. Even plumbers who do nothing wrong can still be forced to defend a lawsuit with their own money as their current general liability policies exclude pollution. Policy also protects E&O for uncovered pollution claims on the general liability.
