NAIC WINS AWARD FOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) received the “Golden Circle Award” in Human Resources Management from the American Society of Association Executives. The NAIC won the top award in the category, which recognizes leadership in the stewardship of association human resources. The NAIC has added several employee programs in the last few years, including infants in the workplace, compressed work schedules, telecommuting, employee financial assistance, computer purchase assistance and mentoring programs. The association also offers training programs for employees, from leadership and coaching/mentoring to teamwork and time management.
