New York-based insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro has hired Robert H. Easton as deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer. Easton most recently served as deputy superintendent and general counsel for the New York State Department of Insurance. Previously, he served as deputy solicitor general of the New York State Department of Law. Prior to entering the public sector, Easton was a commercial litigator at Sidley & Austin in New York.

Washington, D.C.-based Clements International, which specializes in providing insurance solutions for U.S. expatriates and international organizations, announced four promotions. Dan Tuman, former vice president of commercial insurance, is now vice president of insurance sales. He joined Clements International in 2000 and has over 20 years of insurance experience. As vice president of insurance sales, he leads the retail and wholesale divisions. Lisa Kennedy-Mitchel, former director of operations, is now assistant vice president of operations. She joined Clements International in 2005 and has over 10 years of management experience in the financial services industry, servicing both corporate and individual clients. As assistant vice president of operations, one of her primary duties has been to serve as the liaison for the Peace Corps. Michael Crossett, former director of marketing, is now assistant vice president of marketing. He joined Clements International in 2000. Smita Malik, former commercial insurance account executive, is now director of commercial insurance sales. She joined Clements International in 2006 and has over 14 years of insurance experience. As the director of commercials sales, she specializes in customized insurance solutions for clients including fleet solutions, political risk and professional liability.

Commercial insurance broker USG Insurance Services Inc. has promoted Cara Delestienne to corporate trainer, based in the firm’s Pennsylvania office. This is Delestienne’s third promotion since joining USG in 2003 as an underwriting assistant.

Maine-based Acadia Insurance Co. has named Leonard J. Ryer as its new regional vice president for the insurer’s New Hampshire operations. Ryer will develop and monitor the overall underwriting, marketing, loss control and claims strategies for the New Hampshire office and will also be responsible for management and development of the agency force, including coordination of relationships with other specialty business units such as Marine and Agribusiness.

CNA has appointed two vice presidents in its Parsippany, N.J. and Philadelphia branches. Scott Simonson will be vice president in Parsippany. He has 17 years of insurance experience, and previously served as regional vice president for The Hartford in its Ohio and Indiana region. Robert Ivey will be vice president in the Philadelphia branch. He has more than two decades of insurance experience. Most recently, he served as regional vice president for The Hartford Pennsylvania region. He has also had previous positions at Chubb. As branch vice presidents, both will be responsible for expanding CNA’s profitable growth and producer relationships in their respective territories.

New Jersey-based Western World Insurance Group has announced three management changes. Thomas F. Mulligan has been promoted to president and chief executive officer from executive vice president of underwriting and marketing. Mulligan replaces Andrew S. Frazier who retired at the end of 2009. Mulligan joined Western World in 1981 and was named an officer of the company in 1983. Robert J. Livingston has been promoted to executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, from executive vice president. Livingston joined Western World in 1977 and first became an officer of the company in 1980 when he was elected assistant treasurer. In addition to the promotions, Western World has named James DeSimone to the newly created position of senior vice president of brokerage. Prior to joining Western World, DeSimone was a senior vice president at Zurich North America for 15 years.
