Lockton Benefit Group, a unit of Kansas City, Mo.-based Lockton Companies, has expanded its team with the addition of Orlando M. Neal as director of Pharmacy Analytics. Neal’s primary role is to provide national leadership in the Pharmacy Benefits Management area.

Neal brings more than 15 years of extensive experience in pharmacy analytics, actuarial services and risk management consulting to his new position. Prior to joining Lockton, Neal served as the director of Pharmacy Analytics at Willis of Wisconsin.

Lockton also expanded its healthcare practice with the addition of Hal Kinsey as senior vice president, director, healthcare, in its St. Louis, Mo. office.

Kinsey has extensive experience in developing professional liability insurance programs for healthcare organizations. He also has expertise in alternative risk transfer solutions including captive insurance programs and risk retention groups.

Kinsey joins Lockton from Alliant Insurance Services where he has been a senior vice president. He has also worked with A.J. Gallagher where he was a managing director of Gallagher’s healthcare practice.

Pat McKay has joined Akron, Ohio-based Amer Insurance Agency as vice president. McKay previously was president of McKay Insurance Agency, which she founded in 1993. As vice president, McKay will continue to assist her current customers while also providing a full complement of insurance options to social service agencies, childcare organizations and non-profit companies in Ohio.

Amer Insurance, an independent agency, offers a comprehensive selection of insurance policies including homeowner, life, health, automotive, commercial and retirement plans. Amer Insurance also has an office in New Albany, Ohio.

Denver-based insurance broker IMA Inc. announced that Robin L. Tanguay joined its Dallas office as an IMA Benefits account executive.

Tanguay will lead client services at IMA Benefits in Dallas. She brings more than 20 years of experience, and her significant market knowledge will help her guide her clients in procuring employee benefits programs that meet their needs.

Founded in 1974, the IMA Financial Group Inc. has offices in Dallas, Texas; Denver, Colo.; and Kansas City, Topeka and Wichita, Kan.

James LaLonde has been promoted to manager of insurance solutions at Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Burns & Wilcox.

LaLonde previously served as an insurance solutions analyst II in the insurance solutions group of the IT department. LaLonde started with Burns & Wilcox in 2008 as an underwriter trainee with the KELP Program. He acted as an excess and umbrella underwriter for the special risk division and a commercial underwriter in the Michigan local office before joining the insurance solutions team.

Prior to Burns & Wilcox, he was an agent for Marsh USA. He holds Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Surplus Lines (ASLI) designations.

XL Insurance, the global insurance underwriting operations of XL Group plc, has appointed two vice presidents/ senior program executives to its North America program team, adding Michael B. Mandziara in Chicago and Virginia Chase in Boston.

Mandziara moves to XL Insurance from Zurich Financial Services where he was senior vice president and head of construction services within programs and direct markets. Prior to his programs position, he implemented agency and broker strategy for Zurich’s North America commercial small business unit. He is certified as a Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Chase joins XL from Lexington Insurance Co.
