Oregon Mutual Ins. Co., which mainly writes homeowners’ multiperil, private passenger auto, farmowners and general liability, is licensed in Oregon, California, Idaho and Washington. Rating factors include extremely strong consolidated capitalization at year-end 1999, partially offset by marginal group operating performance.
The “BBBpi” FSR of Western Protectors Ins. Co., which is licensed in Oregon, Idaho and Washington, was also affirmed by S&P. The company writes mainly private passenger auto and homeowners.
