Marshall and Swift/Boeckh (MS/B) of New Berlin, Wis, launched a new service, IntegriClaim™ Web-Based Training. MS/B’s on-line training service is a fully interactive, Web-based training application for teaching adjusters to use property claims estimating technology. MS/B plans to build on this program with a series of Internet training courses covering a wide range of services for the insurance industry. Key features of IntegriClaim Web-Based Training include 24/7 acccess so users can self-direct their own training schedules, a fully interactive design that actually simulates the IntegriClaim estimating software, voice-over and text instructions to accomodate different learning styles, pre-and post-tests, and six months of unlimited access. Individual users and their managers can measure and track training performance to assure that each participant is making satisfactory progress in skill attainment.
