Progressive has initiated a Spanish language Web site, espanol.progressive.com. The site is designed to make it easier for Spanish-speaking consumers in the U.S. to obtain information about Progressive, including how to find a local, authorized Progressive independent agent. The company expects the new site to help drive even more consumers to Progressive agents participating in the company’s ProLeads(R) referral program. Consumers who visit espanol.progressive.com or progressive.com have the ability to get the names and contact information for up to five local authorized Progressive independent agents. When consumers enter their ZIP code and the product for which they want a quote, they are immediately presented with a list of agents in their area and the agents’ contact information.
