Kaye Names Marc Cohen New President, CEO – Bruce Guthart is New Hub COO

Kaye Group Inc., the New York regional hub of the Chicago-based broker Hub International Limited, announced that Marc I. Cohen has been appointed as the company’s new President and CEO. He succeeds Bruce D. Guthart, who has been named as the new COO of Hub International, with responsibility for all corporate operations for Hub in the United States and Canada

Cohen, 37, who has spent his entire career at Kaye, joined the firm in 1988. In 1999 he became President of Program Brokerage Corporation (PBC) and Claims Administration Corporation (CAC), Kaye’s wholesale insurance and claims management divisions, respectively. He will retain both titles, and assume responsibility for all wholesale and retail property/casualty and benefits brokerage operations for Kaye, reporting to Guthart, as Hub COO.
