New Jersey-based Selective Insurance Group Inc. reported the following executive appointments to Selective Insurance Group and/or its subsidiary, Selective Insurance Company of America:
Victor Daley (Farmington, Conn.), to executive vice president, human resources, Selective Insurance Group Inc., and Selective Insurance Company of America. In this position, Daley is responsible for Selective’s human resources operation, including benefits and compensation, employee relations, leadership and management development, payroll and human resources information systems.
William Conway (Clinton, N.J.), to senior vice president of benefits and compensation, Selective Insurance Company of America. In this role, Conway will be responsible for Selective’s benefits programs including: design, compliance, communication and education, pricing and cost management. Additionally, he will manage Selective’s compensation plans.
Lisa Rosa (Rockaway, N.J.), to senior vice president, director of corporate claims, Selective Insurance Company of America, from vice president, director of corporate claims. In this position, Rosa oversees liability, property and workers’ compensation claims, as well as Selective’s fraud unit and business operations pertaining to the handling of claims.
