Bordentown, New Jersey-based New Day Underwriting Managers has promoted Jeffrey Slivka to executive vice president and Timothy Farrell to senior vice president of sales.
Slivka, who previously served as senior vice president, joined New Day Underwriting in 2005 after spending more than 15 years developing his environmental and professional liability underwriting expertise at Aon, Arthur J. Gallagher, and ECS Inc. — now the environmental division of XL Insurance.
Farrell, who previously served as vice president, is a 20-year veteran of the commercial property and casualty industry. He joined New Day Underwriting Managers in 2005 after more than a decade selling environmental insurance coverage and services for XL Insurance. He also held regional sales and marketing positions for CIGNA Property & Casualty Co. and Philadelphia and Maguire Insurance Group.
