The Insurance Center of New England, an independent agency headquartered in Massachusetts, promoted William Trudeau to the position of president and CEO.
Trudeau has been at the firm since 1990, serving the last six years as chief operating officer.
The Insurance Center of New England said Trudeau has been a driving force in the firm’s growth for many years, particularly in the commercial Insurance and employee benefits division. He holds the professional designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), AFSB, and AAI.
Headquartered in Agawam, Mass., the Insurance Center of New England has more than 60 employees, offering personal insurance, business insurance and group employee benefits. The agency has additional offices in Gardner, Orange, Winchendon, Fitchburg, Lowell, Danvers and Haverhill.
