COO Named for New York-based Work At Home Vintage Employees

Work At Home Vintage Employees LLC (WAHVE), a New York City-based company that provides domestic remote staffing services for insurance firms, appointed Frank Sentner as chief operating officer.

Previously, Sentner was director of strategic technology at the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB) and vice president of business development at the Insurance Exchange Trust, an initiative of the CIAB. CIAB is the association for the top national, regional and international commercial brokerage firms and agencies with offices in more than 3,000 locations across 100 countries.

Sentner has been developing technology solutions for the agent/broker distribution channel of the insurance industry for more than 30 years.

Sentner will provide the vision and know-how for WAHVE clients to tap retired talent on a remote basis using technology, WAHVE stated. “His experience is deep in the insurance broker sector, but his expertise also can help wholesalers, carriers and vendors,” said Sharon Emek, CEO of WAHVE.

Work At Home Vintage Employees (WAHVE) is a remote contract staffing solutions for the insurance industry. Using a work-at-home model, WAHVE employs skilled insurance retirees located in the U.S. who understand the industry’s technology, culture and language. WAHVE offers back office and customer services on a full-time, part-time or temporary basis.
