Itasca, Ill.-headquartered global insurance broker Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it acquired Pittsburgh-based Triad USA Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Formed in 1998, Triad USA offers employee benefits brokerage and consulting services. The firm provides customized benefit plan analytics and design, network management, employee communication and ongoing service support for middle-market clients throughout the U.S.
Additionally, Triad USA offers clients expertise and capabilities in the areas of wellness, health and productivity improvement and chronic condition management.
Triad USA and its staff will continue to operate at their current location under the direction of David Ziegler, executive vice president and eastern regional manager of Arthur J. Gallagher’s employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
