New Jersey-based Crum & Forster has appointed Ahmed Yaknour as chief technology officer. In this role, he will be responsible for the architecture of the company’s infrastructure, as well as all network and desktop management.
He is located in the Morristown, N.J., corporate office and reports to Steve Mulready, executive vice president.
Yaknour also retains his position as vice president and chief information officer for Seneca Insurance, a Crum & Forster subsidiary based in New York City. He joined Seneca in 1988 and held various management positions in their IT department before being named to his most recent position in 1992.
Crum & Forster is a national insurance group that is part of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. The operating units within Crum & Forster provide standard and specialty insurance products and services. Seneca Insurance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Crum & Forster Group.
