Gowrie Group, an independent insurance agency based in Westbrook, Conn., appointed Kiley Prime as a personal lines and equine insurance specialist. She resides in Newport, R.I., and will service clients from the Newport and Westbrook, Conn., offices.
In her new role, Prime will help further expand Gowrie’s established equine insurance practice and bring additional growth opportunity to the firm’s personal insurance segment. She will work with the agency’s personal insurance equine team to advise clients on insurance products for their homes, autos, umbrella, valuables, and equine-related assets.
She brings to Gowrie Group decades of equine experience as a rider and horse expert. Over the past 10 years, she has been awarded multiple year-end championships in New England and at such shows as HITS, Saratoga, and Ox Ridge. Kiley shares her passion for the sport by volunteering with therapeutic horseback riding centers and animal shelters.
