The H.W. Kaufman Financial Group announced the acquisition of ISI Insurance Services, a Uniontown, Penn.-based provider of premium audits, loss control and inspection services.
ISI will join the team at US-Reports, a Kaufman company that provides premium audits, loss control inspections and risk management services across the U.S. and Canada.
Alan George, who has been in the insurance business for more than 30 years and serves as ISI’s president and CEO, will remain in a leadership capacity and continue to play a key role in helping to expand US-Reports.
Across the country, ISI maintains relationships with more than 200 field representatives, all of whom will soon become part of the larger US-Reports business.
