SAN Group Creates 2 New Management Positions in New Hampshire

Satellite Agency Network Group Inc., an alliance of independent property/casualty insurance agencies in the Northeast, created two new management positions within their Hampton, N.H., headquarters: chief operating officer and “AccessPlus” general manager.

Filling the role of COO is Frank Waters, who has been serving as SAN Group’s regional vice president of Northern New England.

Prior to joining SAN, Waters worked at Liberty Mutual for five years as the director of hiring, recruiting and training. In that role, he established and maintained processes and procedures for hiring new sales and service representatives, developed a training program, worked with other departments to establish cross-training, and provided the training for all new management in the personal lines division.

SAN Group has also created the position of general manager for “AccessPlus.” The position was recently filled by new addition Jeff Holmes. He has 17 years of personal and commercial insurance sales management and marketing experience. He will focus on SAN Group’s AccessPlus system that provides members with access to SAN Group’s top-rated carriers.

Both Waters and Holmes will primarily be based out of SAN Group’s Hampton office in New Hampshire.
