Beecher Carlson Insurance Services LLC, a specialized large account brokerage and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brown & Brown Inc., appointed Joe Roberta as managing director of the Northeast Casualty Brokerage.
Roberta will lead the Northeast Casualty efforts with both the New York and Boston Casualty staff reporting to him. He will be responsible for continuing to build and maintain relationships with regional insurance executives and underwriters as well as managing programs for complex casualty structures. He will report to the National Casualty Practice leader, Sharon Brainard.
Prior to joining Beecher Carlson, Roberta served as casualty manager with responsibilities that included workflow management and recruiting in addition to direct responsibility for a large book of primary and excess casualty business.
