Starr Companies has appointed John D. O’Neil as regional vice president for the Northeast Region. O’Neil will be located in Starr’s Boston office, where he will be responsible for the field leadership in the Northeast.
O’Neil has been in the insurance industry for 17 years. He is experienced in program and aggregated distribution across various lines of property/casualty coverage. He also has extensive management experience, responsible for driving production and underwriting results across multiple teams in different regions.
O’Neil will report to Robert Cruz, national branch officer, director of Field Operations, in New York.
