JLT Specialty Taps Aon Exec Kotlewski as Senior VP in New York

JLT Specialty USA, the U.S. subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc. (JLT), has hired Brad Kotlewski as senior vice president. Kotlewski will be based in the New York City office.

Kotlewski will join JLT’s Financial Lines Group as the USA Private Equity Product leader. In this role, he will be focusing on delivering financial insurance-based products to the private equity sector, and helping JLT build a team of U.S.-based experts in this arena.

Kotlewski was most recently at Aon Corporation, where he served as managing director of the Private Equity and Transactional Solutions team, managing relationships with a myriad of private equity firms and their respective portfolio companies.

Prior to his role at Aon, he worked at Marsh & McLennan. Before joining Marsh he was senior underwriter at AIG where he focused on public and private companies with a concentration on Directors and Officers, Employment Practices and Fiduciary Liability.
