Concord Adds Grayer to Reps & Warranty Insurance Practice in New York

Concord Specialty Risk (Concord) has announced that James A. Grayer, Esq. has joined the firm as executive vice president, Reps & Warranty Insurance, after resigning as a partner at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. Grayer is based in New York, N.Y.

Grayer has more than 25 years of experience as a mergers and acquisitions attorney. During this time, he has developed an expertise in representations & warranties insurance. In joining Concord, Grayer will have a leading role in the future of the firm’s Reps & Warranty Insurance practice.
